Quyen built her leadership career on turning ambitious visions into measurable impact. With over two decades of experience, she has led top markets for a multi-billion-dollar company and spearheaded Bay Area startups with global P&L ownership. This diverse experience across enterprise and startup environments enabled her to develop new business lines that delivered 700% growth and launch a data & analytics management consulting practice from the ground up.
As a first-generation Vietnamese immigrant, Quyen's leadership philosophy centers on the strategic power of diverse teams. She's witnessed how different perspectives drive better decisions and stronger financial performance—a conviction that shapes her approach to building organizations.
Her track record of identifying market opportunities, scaling teams across borders, and delivering sustained growth reflects the strategic and operational expertise she brings to Releady. With nearly two decades in digital, creative, and marketing staffing, Malerie has helped businesses find the talent that drives growth. At Releady, she leads sales and client relations with a hands-on, consultative approach, ensuring partnerships align with each client's specific needs and goals.
Malerie also champions diversity in tech. As a former board member of Girls in Tech Toronto, she launched mentorship initiatives that supported young women entering the tech sector, putting her values into practice.
