We saw the gap.
We built Releady to fill it.
Why Releady exists
Co-founders Quyen Pham and Malerie Diamante spent two decades inside staffing and consulting firms serving everything from multi-billion-dollar enterprises to mid-market and startup organizations. Different scales, different leadership styles, different priorities — but a common thru-line: the work was transactional, the thinking stayed inside boxes drawn to limit risk, and client outcomes sat outside the model's responsibility.
What we observed, across years and across companies, was a gap that the broader market kept missing — the intersection between staffing and the large-consultancy model. Clients increasingly needed a partner who could deliver more than placements, without the overhead, change requests, cost overruns, and missed outcomes that came with traditional consulting.
Releady (REL-uh-dee) was built to sit deliberately in that gap. A large consultancy's product is its people. A staffing firm's product is how it finds people. People are at the center of both — and they are how every program, product, and initiative succeeds or fails. Our model takes accountability for the people we place, shares outcome responsibility with our clients, and keeps the path to success collaborative throughout the engagement.
Service Offerings
Up to half of outsourcing relationships fail within five years.
More organizations are moving away from fully outsourced and outcome-based engagement models because the failure rates have proven too high and the cost overruns too consistent. Our model returns control to the client: clients own deliverables and direction, while Releady delivers the people, builds the teams, and ensures performance. Accountability is shared, not handed off.
Failure-rate range based on multiple industry studies, including Dun & Bradstreet's Barometer of Global Outsourcing and McKinsey research on large IT projects.
Four principles that shape every engagement.
We take responsibility for the people we place, and we share the outcome with our clients. Engagements do not end at the handoff.
01 / Shared accountability
Most firms describe partnership in their marketing. The structural reality is often a model engineered to limit their exposure. Releady's model is built the other way — shared accountability lives in the structure, not just the language. Clients keep authority over direction; we deliver the people, build the teams, and ensure performance. Both sides own the outcome.
02 / Partnership, by design
The talent is the work. Models that minimize human investment fail more often than they succeed, and we build against that pattern.
03 / People at the center
Releady's service offerings fill a gap between staffing and consulting — one we observed across years of working with companies of every size, and one the broader market has largely overlooked.
04 / A deliberate alternative
Releady is a certified diverse company - small business and woman-owned.
Releady is proud to announce our dual certification status. We are certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation's leading third-party certifier of women-owned and operated businesses. Additionally, we hold certification with SupplierGATEWAY, a premier supplier diversity management and credentialing platform trusted by many of the world's most recognizable brands.
